Improves plant uptake of the cations potassium, calcium and magnesium. Calcium Deficiency Blossom end rot in tomatoes, tip burn in lettuce, internal rust spot in potatoes are some of the most commonly seen symptoms of calcium deficiency. Calcium uptake takes place passively through the transpiration stream, and it is essential that a fully water soluble supply of calcium is available in the rootzone when plants need it most. CONTAINS: 15.5% Nitrogen, 19% USE ON: Most vegetables and flowers. RATE: One cup per 50 feet of row or one tsp. per plant APPLICATION: Apply over root zone but not too close to stem.
