Our shipping charges are based on standard UPS or U.S. Mail rates (where applicable), which are based on package weight, size, and distance shipped. We Currently Ship Via UPS and USPS DELIVERY AND LEAD TIME: Our goal is to process all orders within 1- 3 business days upon receipt of purchase. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM Est, excluding holidays). Since UPS does not ship on Saturdays or Sundays (even for express shipping), the actual delivery date may differ from the estimated transit time. For example: A Next Day Air order, leaving our warehouse on a Friday for New York, will not arrive until Monday, even though it has a one day transit time INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY: All orders are subject to International shipping laws. Any Item subject to Shipping laws will be refunded or substituted. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES: Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. SHIPPING ERRORS: From time to time you may experience shipping errors with your shipping totals due to International shipping laws and/or limitations from the carriers, this is usually a technical error on the part of the shipping carriers that is easily solved by contacting our Customer Service Department with your order number and we will calculate the shipping total for you.Once we calculate your shipping total, you can make an additional payment via our "Make a Payment" form, or we can process your credit card over the phone. We appreciate your patience and understanding. BACKORDERS: Shipping time on backordered items varies. You will be contacted via phone or email if you order a backordered item. At this point you can either choose to wait for the item, or remove it from your order. If you choose to wait, the backordered item will ship out to you automatically just as soon as we get it back in stock. Due to availability and vendor issues, we can only provide an estimate as to when this will occur. |
