How Do We Ship?

Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt.

Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM Est, excluding holidays).

Items ordered at the same time may not always be shipped together; your delivery charge, however, will be based on the total merchandise amount (weight and package size) per address.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the options you choose, the size and weight of the item, and where the order is going. It's really an easy process.

To estimate shipping costs, place an item in your cart and then click the Checkout button. On the Checkout page, you can choose the different shipping options and preferences to see how the prices and delivery estimates change.

We provide a selection of delivery options that let you choose how quickly you want to receive your order and how or if you want to pay shipping.

International Shipping

The Extreme Pumpkin Store gladly accepts orders from all around the globe. Available product lines, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order.

We will use the most cost effective shipping available, USPS Flat Rate International or UPS.

When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Warranty issues and manufacturer restrictions prevent us from shipping certain products to all geographical locations. In addition, some items too big to ship to a P.O. box must be shipped to a street address. You'll be notified after reviewing your order if we're unable to ship specific items to the address you've selected.

Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
