Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Returns

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped.

All product returns must be processed within 10 days from the date of the invoice. After 10 days, The Extreme Pumpkin Store retains the exclusive and sole right as to whether an item may be returned.

The merchandise must be in new condition and in the original packaging with all of its paperwork.

The shipping and handling charges will be refunded only if the item is defective or shipped as a result of our error.

You will receive the refund upon our receipt and inspection of the merchandise.

All non-defective products received within the 10-day return period, must be returned 100% complete, in sellable condition, including original packaging material, manuals, warranty cards and all other accessories provided by the manufacturer. Non-defective returns for credit or exchange are subject to shipping, handling and restocking fees.

All returns that do not conform to our Return Policy are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Refunds and Credits

We'll refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes you were charged. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. To receive a refund, the original packing invoice should accompany your return.

Canceling an Order:

You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing by contacting us by phone or email.

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped

You may cancel your order for any reason at any time up to the end of the 3rd working day after you have received the goods. A "working day" means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
